“Tim did a wonderful job on our home. Our house was a complete remodel which required taking it to the studs and adding 1,000 square feet. Originally built in 1937, we budgeted for a few items that were not in the original quote. Honestly, we expected it. I’m happy to report we discovered nothing out of the ordinary and worked well within our budget. This was due to Tim’s attention to detail. He took time to work with subcontractors and hold them to their bids, often negotiating better prices. When was the last time you heard a builder do that! The results are outstanding and we continuously get compliments on the quality of work evident with our “NEW” home.
